01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the 8jilli website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible at 8jilli.net.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 8jilli platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a Player on the 8jilli platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a Player's 8jilli account, including real-money deposits and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 8jilli subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country, territory, or region where access to online gaming platforms is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 8jilli, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 8jilli platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the 8jilli platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. 8jilli strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold a Player account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 8jilli, or an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
6. You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 8jilli platform or any affiliated platform.

04 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 8jilli platform, you must register a Player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on 8jilli. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify 8jilli immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Identity Verification (KYC): 8jilli may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your 8jilli account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 8jilli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 8jilli currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Supported payment methods are subject to change at 8jilli's discretion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 8jilli account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification. 8jilli reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment methods or funds belonging to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Transaction Limits: 8jilli may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Fees: 8jilli does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 8jilli accepts no responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

8jilli may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• 8jilli reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's account at any given time, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• 8jilli reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player has engaged in bonus abuse and to take appropriate action accordingly.

07 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on the 8jilli platform:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 8jilli system and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed are not binding on 8jilli.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to ensure adequate funds are available before placing a bet.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, 8jilli reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Live Betting: Odds on live in-play markets are subject to rapid change. 8jilli accepts no responsibility for delays between the display of odds and the acceptance of a bet caused by network latency or other technical factors.
• Maximum Winnings: 8jilli may impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across specific markets. Current limits are available in the relevant game or betting section.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game and betting market on 8jilli is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the respective game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8jilli platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 8jilli platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 8jilli platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials or unauthorized third-party funds.
• Attempting to launder money or use the 8jilli platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 8jilli staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of circumventing geographic restrictions.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8jilli platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of 8jilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8jilli platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 8jilli platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 8jilli content.
• Use any 8jilli trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the 8jilli platform.

10 Privacy

8jilli is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its Players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

By registering an account on 8jilli, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our data retention obligations.

11 Responsible Gaming

8jilli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its Players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content displayed on the platform.
• Technical failures, network outages, or system malfunctions beyond 8jilli's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

8jilli's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to These Terms

8jilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 8jilli will notify registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 8jilli platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 8jilli platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

8jilli operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed may seek recourse through the appropriate regulatory channels.
